Overview
MFP is a bilingual real-estate listings platform — areas, sub-areas, gated compounds tied to developers, and individual property units, plus a company blog — with a Django REST API on the backend and a Nuxt 4 frontend on top.
The backend's standout feature is its image pipeline: every uploaded photo — area, compound, developer, property, or floor plan — is automatically resized into thumbnail/medium/large WebP variants with sharpening, so the frontend always gets consistently optimized images without manual editing. SEO metadata is built into nearly every model, with locale-aware sitemaps and robots.txt generated automatically.
The Nuxt 4 frontend goes beyond standard pages, using Nitro server routes for health checks, canonical redirects, and locale-specific sitemap XML — plus GSAP and Lenis for the motion-led, editorial feel the design calls for, and Pinia managing favorites, language, and notifications client-side.
